Robert J. Klein, CPA
Robert J. Klein graduated from St. John’s University in 1982 with B.S. in Accounting. After graduating, Robert was hired at small public accounting firm in Manhattan where he trained under a former IRS agent and managed over 500 individual and small business clients from 1982 to 1991. During his time there, he acquired his CPA license in 1985. He left in 1991 to start his own business and now services over 1,000 individual clients and 300 business clients.
Rob Klein, CPA
Rob Klein joined Robert J. Klein, CPA in 2020 working as an accountant handling tax preparation and consulting services for both individuals and small businesses. Rob graduated from Manhattan College with an MBA in 2017. Prior to joining Robert J Klein, CPA, he worked for KPMG (a “Big 4” global accounting firm) in New York City for three years as a Tax Consultant where he obtained his CPA license. Rob is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed captain who enjoys boating during his free time.
Jessica Piccolino, CPA
Jessica Piccolino is a CPA who joined the firm in 2014 as an intern while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree from Baruch College. At Baruch, she was a member of the Macaulay Honors College Program and played for the Women’s Softball team. After graduating, Jessica continued her studies at Queens College where she completed her Master’s of Science degree in Accounting. Outside of work, some of Jessica’s favorite activities include traveling to new places, snowboarding with family & friends, and reading a good book on the beach.
Gabriela Jelicic
Gabriela Jelicic is a staff accountant that joined the team in 2019. She graduated from City College of New York. Prior to joining the firm, Gabriela served as a manager for a number of years at a service industry business. In her spare time, Gabi loves spending time with her two daughters and has a passion for cooking and developing recipes.
Catheryn Malo
Catheryn Malo recently joined the firm in 2022 as our office manager. She has experience working at a boutique hotel in New York where she gained excellent customer service skills that will serve our clients. Cathy enjoys spending time with her family and going for walks with her daughter.
Mark Nardella
Mark Nardella graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and interned for the firm in 2022. He was hired full time as a staff accountant in 2023 after demonstrating strong skills in the field. Mark enjoys watching the latest film and is considered a “movie buff.”

We are a Certified Public Accounting firm located in Bayside, New York. We specialize in accounting services for both small businesses and individuals. With more than 1,000 individual clients and more than 300 business clients, we serve a large diversified clientele including artists, educators, consultants, doctors, real estate professionals, civil servants, managers, professional businesses such as law firms, engineering firms, real estate brokers, therapists, insurance brokerages, IT consultants, and contracting companies including carpentry, electricians, general contracting, plumbing and heating, restoration, masonry, and roofing.
We invest heavily in tax software and research programs to keep current with all new tax laws and related legislation, and are able to apply this knowledge to your particular circumstance to minimize your current and future tax liabilities. We provide services to individuals and businesses located in every state and some foreign countries.
All business and personal tax returns are reviewed by a Certified Public Accountant before being finalized.
